Florona Home Warranty & Product Protection

Florona Home is committed to thoughtful design, material integrity, and lasting quality.
Below is a clear overview of our product protection and warranty policies.

1️⃣ 30-Day Arrival Protection

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 30 days of delivery for assistance.

For delicate or limited seasonal items (including dried botanicals or natural elements), please report any issues within 3 days of delivery.

If confirmed, we will:

• Send a replacement at no charge
• Provide a replacement part (when applicable)
• Issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable

Arrival Protection covers delivery-related damage and immediate product defects only.

2️⃣ Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty

Florona Home provides a Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty on eligible products.

Warranty Period

• Decorative items (stone, wood): 24 months
• Electrical items (electrical): 3 months

Warranty begins on the date of delivery.

What Is Covered

• Defects in materials
• Workmanship issues
• Hardware failure
• Stitching, adhesion, or finishing defects
• Functional electrical component defects (excluding bulbs)

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Burned-out bulbs
• Accidental damage, drops, or misuse
• Exposure to liquids, heat, or outdoor conditions (unless rated for outdoor use)
• Unauthorized repair or modification
• Assembly damage caused by improper installation
• Commercial or hospitality use (unless otherwise specified)
• Clearance items beyond their stated coverage period
• Dissatisfaction related to design preference

Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

3️⃣ Clearance Item Warranty

Clearance items are covered under the same Limited Warranty terms for 60 days from delivery.

Because clearance inventory is limited, we recommend inspecting items immediately upon arrival.

4️⃣ Warranty Claim Process

To submit a claim, please contact:

We may request:

• Order number
• Proof of purchase
• Photos or video of the issue
• Brief description of the defect

If a claim is approved, Florona Home may:

• Provide a replacement product
• Provide a replacement component
• Offer store credit or refund if replacement is unavailable

If the original item is discontinued, a similar product of equal value may be offered.

5️⃣ Additional Terms

Replacement parts assume the remaining original warranty period or 60 days from replacement, whichever provides longer coverage.

Except as expressly stated above, Florona Home disclaims all other implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Warranty rights may vary depending on your jurisdiction.

Policy updates will not apply retroactively to prior purchases.
