🌿 Florona Home Premium Guarantee

We take great pride in our products, craftsmanship, and material quality. Please inspect your purchase upon delivery and notify us within 30 days if there is any damage or defect. Our team will be happy to assist you with a quick resolution.

Please note that the Premium Guarantee does not apply to perishable or consumable items (such as dried floral arrangements or natural elements used in limited-edition decor). For these items, please inspect the product upon receipt and notify us of any issue within 3 days of delivery so our team can help resolve your concern.

For immediate reference, all Care & Maintenance Instructions for Florona Home decor items are included within your package and can also be found in our Help Center.

🌿 Florona Home Limited Warranty Coverage

Florona Home offers a limited warranty on eligible decorative products, including:

• Home decor accessories

• Wall art, vases, table decor

• Lighting products (excluding bulbs)

• Fabric-based items such as cushions or rugs

• Small furniture and accent pieces

The Florona Home Limited Warranty covers defects in:

• Materials

• Construction

• Hardware

• Finishing issues

• Stitching or adhesion

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

If you experience an issue with your product, we recommend first checking the Care Instructions included with your purchase. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Support Team via Live Chat or email so we can troubleshoot and identify the best solution. In some cases, we may request photos of the issue so that we can assist more efficiently.

Please do not attempt self-repair unless instructed by a Florona Home Specialist, as unauthorized modifications may void the warranty.

If during the Warranty Period you submit a claim in accordance with this warranty, Florona Home may:

1. Provide a replacement part equivalent to new in reliability

2. Replace the product with the same model or the closest available style

3. Provide store credit toward a replacement if the original item is no longer available

Because availability of materials and products can vary seasonally, especially for limited-edition collections, we will work closely with you to find the most suitable solution.

🌿 Exclusions From the Florona Home Limited Warranty

The warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear

• Burned-out bulbs

• Misuse, mishandling, drops, or accidental damage

• Exposure to liquids, heat, or outdoor environments unless the item is rated for outdoor use

• Unauthorized repairs or alterations

• Damage caused during assembly due to incorrect installation

• Products used in commercial environments unless specified

The warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.

🌿 Florona Home 60-Day Clearance Limited Warranty

Florona Home offers a 60-day limited warranty on all clearance items.

Coverage is identical to the standard limited warranty but is limited to 60 days from delivery.
For this reason, we recommend opening and inspecting all clearance items immediately upon arrival.

🌿 Important Details

If your product is defective or damaged, Florona Home may provide a user-installable replacement part with instructions. Replacement parts assume:

• the remaining warranty term, or

• 60 days from the date of replacement,

whichever provides longer coverage.

The limited warranty policies listed above give you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your location.

Florona Home may change the availability of warranties at any time; however, changes will not apply retroactively to past purchases.

Other than the warranties described above, Florona Home disclaims all statutory or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Some regions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so certain limitations may not apply to you.

Florona Home’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the defective item and will not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages unless prohibited by law.
