How do I track my order?
You can track your order anytime using our Track Order page.
Simply enter your Order Number and Email Address to view the latest status.
Please note that orders may ship in multiple packages depending on item size, availability, or warehouse location. Each package will have its own tracking number.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link(s).
For some carriers, the tracking number may show “Label Created” for up to 48 hours before movement appears. This is normal and simply means the package is waiting to be scanned at the next logistics hub.
What is my order status?
You can check your order status using our Track Order page.
Your order may show one of the following statuses:
In Progress

We received your order and are preparing it for shipment.

Your items are being processed by our warehouse.

Your order may be packed in multiple parcels.
Shipped

Your package has been picked up by the shipping carrier.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s).

If the carrier cannot access your address, the delivery may be delayed or require re-attempt.
Delivered

The package has been successfully delivered to the address provided.

Some orders may be delivered to a mailbox, front desk, or parcel locker.
Returned

One or more items in your order were returned to the sender due to incorrect address, delivery failure, or customer request.
When can I expect my product to arrive?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method and warehouse availability.
For Florona Home Standard Shipping (AliExpress Standard Logistics):

Processing time: 1–3 business days

Standard Delivery: Typically 7–15 business days

Remote locations: May take longer depending on carrier routes

Multiple items: May arrive in separate packages and different dates
You will receive a tracking email within 24 hours after your package ships.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear once the label is created.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request order cancellation within 30 minutes of placing your order.
After this time frame, your order may have already been processed by our warehouse and can no longer be modified.
You may still request a return or exchange after receiving your items, following our standard policy.
Refusing delivery may incur a $10–$25 return shipping fee, depending on the number of parcels and carrier charges.
To cancel an order within 30 minutes, please contact us immediately through Live Chat or our Support Form.
