What if the item I want is out of stock or “coming soon”?

If an item is labeled “Coming Soon” or “Out of Stock”, simply click Notify Me on the product page and enter your email. We’ll send you an alert as soon as the item becomes available again from our international warehouse.

If a product does not show the Notify Me button, it may be discontinued and we are not planning to restock it.

In rare cases where you place an order and the item becomes unavailable, Florona Home will notify you immediately and issue a full refund in USD.

Do you offer personalization?

Florona Home does not offer personalization at this time, as our décor products (vases, flowers, rugs, lamps, wall art) ship directly from international partner warehouses.

However, curated gift sets and styled décor bundles are available seasonally.

Are your products safe for children and pets?

All product materials are clearly listed on every product page.
Most Florona Home products are safe for normal household use, but please note:

• Some items contain ceramic, glass, or delicate materials, which can break if dropped.

• Artificial flowers and decorative pieces should not be ingested.

• Certain items may contain latex or synthetic rubber, which may trigger allergies in sensitive individuals.

• Fragile décor should be kept out of reach of young children and pets.

Do you have replacement parts available?

Since Florona Home ships décor items directly from international suppliers, replacement parts are not available for most products.

However, for selected items such as:

• Lamps (bulb holders, switches)

• LED décor

• Small hardware pieces

we can help arrange a replacement shipment if the item is under warranty.

What should I do if I can’t find my assembly instructions?

Most Florona Home products arrive pre-assembled or require very minimal setup.

If your item includes assembly (lamps, wall décor, shelving, small furniture), instructions are provided in the box.
If you misplaced your instruction sheet:

2. Scroll to Assembly Guide section

3. Download the PDF instructions (when available)

If your product does not have a guide listed, contact us and we will provide step-by-step assistance or send a digital copy.

Does Florona Home offer sustainable décor products?

Florona Home is committed to responsible sourcing. While our products ship from AliExpress partner factories, we work closely with suppliers who focus on:

Does Florona Home offer recycling programs for décor items?

Florona Home does not currently offer décor recycling or take-back programs due to international sourcing.

However:

• Many items (ceramic vases, metal pieces, glass décor) can be recycled through local recycling centers.

• Soft items such as artificial flowers and rugs can often be repurposed for DIY projects or donated to craft organizations.

• We are actively exploring partnerships for future décor recycling initiatives.
